Infrastructure for running dozens of live video streams continuously
Built the process management and encoding infrastructure behind a platform running multiple concurrent live video streams around the clock.
The challenge
Running one live stream reliably is straightforward. Running many streams simultaneously, continuously, without one crashed process taking others down with it or exhausting server resources, is a different problem.
Our approach
We focused on process isolation and recovery: each stream needed to be its own supervised process that could fail and restart independently, and we needed to know exactly how much CPU/GPU headroom each concurrent encode actually consumed.
The solution
We built the streaming workflows on NestJS and FFmpeg, with PM2 managing and supervising each stream's encoding process independently, and evaluated GPU/NVENC hardware acceleration to bring down the resource cost of running many simultaneous encodes.

Turning live webinars into same-day social and email content
Built an automated pipeline that extracts the best clips and quotes from live webinars and distributes them across social media and email the same day, instead of a week or two later.
One system to manage products across Amazon, Shopify, and WooCommerce
Built a central ERP that connects to Amazon, Shopify, and WooCommerce storefronts, so products, stock, and sales are managed in one place instead of separately on each platform.
Turning long-form webinar recordings into ready-to-publish highlight clips
Built an AI-powered platform that captures, transcribes, and analyzes long-form webinars to automatically surface highlights and generate short-form clips, architected to support 48-hour captures and audiences of 10,000+ live attendees.
