A browser-based 3D world with no software to install
Architected a cloud-rendered virtual world, streamed into the browser via Unreal Engine Pixel Streaming, with the accounts, payments, and partner management needed to run it as a real product.
The challenge
The client wanted a highly interactive 3D experience, but requiring users to download and install a heavy client would have killed adoption. It needed to run in an ordinary browser, on ordinary hardware.
Our approach
Instead of building the 3D experience as a native app, we treated Unreal Engine as a rendering service: the world runs on cloud infrastructure and is streamed to the browser as video and input events, so the browser only ever has to run a thin client.
The solution
We built the surrounding platform in Next.js and NestJS on PostgreSQL and AWS, with Unreal Engine Pixel Streaming over WebRTC for the 3D rendering, Nginx for routing the streaming sessions, and full authentication, payments, and partner-management systems around the core experience.

Turning live webinars into same-day social and email content
Built an automated pipeline that extracts the best clips and quotes from live webinars and distributes them across social media and email the same day, instead of a week or two later.
One system to manage products across Amazon, Shopify, and WooCommerce
Built a central ERP that connects to Amazon, Shopify, and WooCommerce storefronts, so products, stock, and sales are managed in one place instead of separately on each platform.
Turning long-form webinar recordings into ready-to-publish highlight clips
Built an AI-powered platform that captures, transcribes, and analyzes long-form webinars to automatically surface highlights and generate short-form clips, architected to support 48-hour captures and audiences of 10,000+ live attendees.
